Base schedule Monday - Friday 0.8 FTE (64 hours/2 weeks)
The Clinic Assistant is responsible for a variety of patient care responsibilities and other related duties in the clinical setting. The clinical assistant supports the Health Care providers in the timely delivery of services per provider/physician/RN direction and according to clinic policies and procedures. Primary location will be St Croix Falls and Lindstrom Clinics, with travel to our clinic locations (Webster, Frederic, and Balsam Lake)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of provider
Manages patient follow-up activities and responsibilities
Complies with department and organizational standards
Requirements
Education & Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Current LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin and Minnesota
Current CPR certification required within 6 months of hire and maintained while employed
Experience:
Prior clinic experience preferred
Additional Information:
Work schedules may vary depending on the provider schedule and may start before 8:00am and end after 5:00pm
