Job Description: Clinic Assistant
Location: Twin Cities, MN
This position is looking for someone to process check ins and check outs of the clinic locations while upholding compassion, integrity, and excellence.
As a Clinic Assistant you will:
- Assist patients with the check in and check out processes
- Verify insurance information
- Process confidential data entry
- Schedule, manage confirm and cancel appointments
- Communicate professionally and effectively via telephone, email and other communication methods
- Work with a team as well as individually to service the informational needs of the patients
- Provide exceptional customer service
Clinic Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School degree or GED from an accredited institution
- Experience in customer service
- Comfortable working on the phones
- Good communication skills
- Be detailed oriented
- Be adapt at problem solving
Pay Rate: $18.00/ hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Core Hours: 8am-5pm
