Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 based on Oakland/D.C. market; range is adjusted for remote locations based on cost-of-living.

Purpose
Green For All seeks a Climate Investments Program Manager. This person will work under the Climate Investments National Director to advance Green For All’s priorities by guiding the federal regulatory research agenda and tracking the process of the Climate Investments team in meeting regulatory advocacy goals. The Program Manager will work at the direction of the National Director to develop a library of Climate Investments resources through research and writing, and provide strategic recommendations on the regulatory policy agenda.
Candidates should have Climate Investments knowledge, strong research and writing skills, a background in making strategy recommendations, project management experience, strong knowledge of environmental issues such as climate and clean energy, along with a demonstrated commitment and passion for social and economic justice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Climate Investments Program Management (50%):
- Track team’s progress towards established goals and objectives defined by the Climate Investments National Director, keeping a record of tasks and milestones.
- Maintain a comprehensive internal database for the purpose of demonstrating overall program activities and successes.
- Identify and propose metrics to accurately measure the team’s impact, gathering publicly available data to support as needed.
- Investigate and propose infrastructure for feedback loops with other GFA teams to fill communication gaps, and work with National Director to implement the decided-upon structures.
- Collaborate with Dream communications team on the development of materials to support Climate Investments goals.
Research, Writing, and Thought Leadership (50%):
- Provide recommendations and input to the Climate Investments National Director on research needs to aid in the development of the overall research agenda.
- Develop library of Inflation Reduction Act internal resources for other team members to utilize in their work, and be available as a teaching resource during the cross-pollination process.
- Author significant number of research deliverables including in depth research reports, whitepapers, policy memos, one-pagers, brochures, blogs, comments, requests for information, etc
- Speak publicly on the Dream Climate Investments agenda to external audiences as needed.

Qualifications:
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience in program management, have strong written and verbal communications skills, and a passion for bridging divides and bringing people together. Candidates who have been personally impacted by climate disruption, environmental racism, and/or economic oppression; or have spent significant time living and working in communities impacted by these issues are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A strong demonstrated commitment to and understanding of racial and economic justice is required.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental or policy-related fields, or other fields with training in research, writing, analysis
- Minimum of two years of experience in the climate or green finance space.
- Demonstrated research and writing skills, particularly with a demonstrated ability to distill and share complex information.
- Strong analytics and data analysis skills.
- Experience making strategic recommendations based on performing research and analysis.
- Experience supporting multiple projects that involve stakeholder interaction
- Program management experience, and the ability to communicate and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and participate in complex collaborative processes.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a flexible work style, ability to shift and adapt work plan as issues develop in the world around us, and interest in being part of a dynamic, evolving team and organization.
This full-time salaried position will work fully remotely. Reliable access to an internet connection and willingness to spend significant time working from a computer will be necessary to perform this job.
Travel
Frequent travel will be expected (approximately one to two times per month) including to program events, conferences, and in-person staff meetings and retreats. Some cross-country and possibly international travel will be required.

This full-time salaried position will work remotely or from the Oakland, CA or Washington D.C. office. Reliable access to an internet connection and willingness to spend significant time working from a computer will be necessary to perform this job.
All full-time employees receive Medical, Dental & Vision coverage. Dream Corps pays 100% of premiums for employee, spouse and dependents. Part-time employees receive 50% coverage. After a 6 month waiting period, employees can contribute to our retirement plan. Currently, Dream Corps offers up to a 5% match. We also offer a flexible spending, pre-tax program for medical expenses, dependent care expenses, transit expenses and parking expenses. All full-time Dream Corps employees accrue 4 weeks of vacation time off and 12 days of sick time off over the first year of employment. Part-time employees accrue time off on a prorated basis. In addition to 10 paid holidays, Dream Corps also provides paid time off from December 24th through January 1st each year.
