ADP/MasterTax is one of the leading payroll tax software products in the industry. We are looking for an Account Executive (trainer) to assist our new and existing clients. The primary focus is to provide varying levels of MasterTax training to clients, both new and seasoned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a consultant and trainer on the MasterTax product
- Conducts all training for new users, currently in implementation, on functionality such as Payroll Tax Workflow, Interim Workflow, Quarter-End Workflow. Will also provide training on any additional products licensed by the client
- Be able to read and understand specs and troubleshoot integration challenges
- Works with current clients, anywhere from new users to seasoned users, on additional training if a new product is purchased or based on clients needs
- Responsible for providing recorded trainings for upload to the MasterTax client portal
- Will create and deliver training for our user conference
- May need to provide internal associate training, as needed
- May need to assist implementation team on supporting new clients, as necessary
- Effectively communicate with all business partners ensuring appropriate and timey updates to any potentially impacted group or individual
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Prefer someone with a deep understanding of the MasterTax product and/or tax industry
- Provide recommendations to MasterTax leadership around potential best practices and training on solutions, based on client input or experience.
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or its equivalent in education and experience
