SalaryA downtown Manhattan law firm is looking for an 1 plus year experience attorney or an entry-level attorney with 0-1 years of experience. The candidate will be primarily responsible for representing clients in immigration removal proceedings and administrative interviews before USCIS. There will also be opportunities to represent client in criminal, civil, and New York State agency matters. The attorney will also responsible for preparing motions, memoranda of law, and legal briefs. Strong and encouraging working environment, this is a great opportunity to learn an exciting field of law.
- New York State Bar admission required.
- Infrequent out-of-state travel.
- Fluency in Chinese preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
