As our Client Strategy Senior Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our clients while fostering a vibrant, diverse team of leads and supervisors. This position will see you orchestrating the development of robust media plans, honing business goals, and managing budget forecasts. With a firm understanding of a Full Funnel Media Strategy, and a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll navigate our clients' internal structures and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and innovative thinking to create a significant impact on our clients' success and your team's evolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and execute comprehensive full-Funnel Media strategies that seamlessly connect brand awareness efforts to conversion activities, tailored to align with client objectives.
  • Partner with clients to design intricate media plans, transforming their brand vision into well-defined and effective media strategies.
  • Demonstrate fiscal acumen by managing the budget and forecasts, striving for optimized ad spend ROI, and proactively seeking opportunities for budget growth through performance insights.
  • Skillfully maneuver through the client's organizational landscape, dedicating time to build rapport and navigate complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth project advancement.
  • Guide and energize a team of channel experts, cultivating an environment ripe for innovation and forward-thinking media solutions.
  • Synchronize efforts with creative teams to guarantee a holistic integration of media and creative strategies, enhancing overall campaign coherence and impact.
  • Foster enduring, reciprocal business relationships that contribute to sustained growth and partnership success.
  • Engage in high-level strategic communications and planning, nurturing influential connections with essential business stakeholders.
  • Rapidly and efficiently resolve challenges to surpass team performance standards and client expectations.
  • Adapt your role fluidly in client meetings to provide the necessary leadership or support, ensuring optimal meeting outcomes.
  • Join forces with media platform leaders to secure pivotal partnerships (such as with Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.), positioning our company at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • Possess hands-on knowledge of essential media planning tools and platforms, overseeing media transactions with expertise.
  • Provide stellar client service, ensuring a continual dialogue that effectively manages expectations and delivers transparent updates on campaign milestones.

Skills & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in retail or consumer electronics
  • Demonstrated management and team development skills.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns
  • Solid analytical background with experience managing budgets/KPIs from a comprehensive, cross-channel strategy perspective.
  • Previous involvement with a large Business to Business focused clients
  • Familiarity with various attribution methods (MTA, MMM & Last Click) to optimize programs efficiently.
  • Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build coherent presentations (e.g., QBR) with limited outside input.
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in either G-slides, PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new tools and technology.
