As our Client Strategy Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our client's national drive to store and local efforts while fostering a vibrant, diverse team. This position will see you orchestrating the development of robust media plans, honing business goals, and managing budget forecasts. With a firm understanding of performance metrics and a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll navigate our clients' comprehensive internal structures and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Increase brand awareness and relevance in key markets (i.e. NYC & LA) through paid partnerships and influencer strategies.
  • Exhibit fiscal responsibility as the owner of the budget and forecasts, with a focus on optimizing against store traffic goals and actively identifying opportunities to propose incremental budget efficiencies, and incrementality in-store visitation.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance across paid media channels, extract actionable comprehensive insights, and make data-driven decisions to drive incremental store visits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to align paid media efforts with a variety of campaign plans and different projects.
  • Keep up in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining quick and effective communication with other team members.
  • Navigate the client's internal structure adeptly, investing significant time in collaboration and working with key stakeholders to overcome any roadblocks within a matrix organization.
  • Lead executive-level communication and strategic planning, fostering strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Understand and challenge the performance boundaries across various media channels including and not limited to Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, OOH, and larger direct partnerships.
  • Support and maintain relationships with new media partners and negotiate advertising placements to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with Media Leads to forge key partnerships (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring our company stays at the cutting edge of opportunities and support.
  • Independently problem solve issues effectively and expediently across external and internal contacts to ensure your team meets or exceeds expectations, while leaning on the manager for support in direction.
  • Play varied roles in client meetings either leading or supporting, adjusting your involvement as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in retail or eCommerce brand.
    • Local advertising experience is nice to have!
  • Demonstrated management and team development skills.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns with a strong focus on drive to store efforts, and increasing relevance in key markets.
    • Traditional channel experience is nice to have!
  • Solid analytical background with experience managing budgets/KPIs from a comprehensive, cross-channel strategy perspective.
  • Familiarity with various store visitation attribution (Foursquare) and revenue attribution methods (MTA, MMM & Last Click) to optimize programs efficiently.
  • Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote for pulling reports and presenting to clients
