Key Qualifications

• Manage and maintain operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Oversee and manage budget, expenses, and invoices.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
• Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Services Supervisor to join our team. The Client Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Public Health, or a related discipline is desirable.
• Equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, although not desired, may be determined as acceptable.
• Three years' experience in a health setting or related field.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in an office setting or experience working in a highly service-oriented environment where metrics and measurement tools are leveraged to assess results
• Health Information Management; and/or healthcare billing and Front Office processes.
• Experience working with under-resourced populations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulation
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Pay & Benefits

At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $65,000 and $72,000 annually and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.
