The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the team by organizing and ensuring proper completion of all client paperwork, following up on client service issues, maintaining files, and performing various tasks as needed.

Position Duties/Tasks (This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following):
- Organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork.
- Correspond with clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers, and other forms.
- Maintain client files.
- Take client service inquiries.
- Resolve client problems and/or forward to appropriate person for handling.
- Communicate with the broker/dealer and investment company contacts.
- Maintain broker records, logs, and blotters.
- Utilize internet-based technology to process and follow-up on business (client management software)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
