Client Services Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial contact with clients (new and existing) and maintain regular contact to keep projects moving at a steady pace.
• Draft and handle all paperwork and client inquiries during the initial phase of a new installation project (Onboarding).
• Efficiently communicate with adjacent DBS departments and management to best assist clients and keep projects on track.
• Ensuring all required documents are maintained properly for each project.
• Address client concerns as the pertain to the Client Services scope.
• Direct client to appropriate DBS department when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Maintain top-notch organization skills.
• Exceptional phone/email presence and etiquette.
• Ability to proactively manage pipeline and schedule in order to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Engauge with customers to build effective and long-term relationships.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or account management roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
