Job description

Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:
  1. Perform duties, processing and report monitoring for Client Services products.
  2. Perform bank research, as assigned.
  3. Review and monitor reports with quality assurance.
  4. Perform front office welcome coordination.
  5. Assist with managing written procedures relating to Client Services.
  6. Perform Item Processing functions and reconciliations of General Ledger and Bank Checking Accounts, as assigned.
  7. Perform Processing monthly functions related to cards, wires, and online banking products.
  8. Perform duties relating to quarterly and end of year processing
  9. Serves as a backup for other position(s) and performs other duties, as assigned.
  10. Enhances career through work experience and continuing education.
  11. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  12. Participates and responds to examinations, audits and third party reviews.
  13. Complies with the Information Security Program and is accountable for maintaining a high level of risk and security awareness.
  14. Establishes a good image for the Bank by being active and visible in the community.
  15. Attends meetings as assigned.
  16. Develops a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services through usage and webex attendance to provide quality customer service while building relationships and exceeding expectations.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three years of previous experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LanguageAbove average verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MathAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
ReasoningAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas, as business needs dictate.
