Precious Paws Veterinary Hospital opened our doors in January 2021 with Dr. Kay Metzgar as our Medical Director and sole practitioner. She has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 20 years, graduating from Iowa State University with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2000. Our modern facility is located at the foot of the brand new I-74 bridge crossing the Mississippi River, giving easy access to clients from both Iowa and Illinois. We offer ultrasound, digital radiographs, dental services, soft tissue surgeries, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and wellness care.
We're looking to add a Client Care Representative. Responsibilities of this role include answering phones, responding to emails and texts, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, faxing, scanning, and data entry. Knowledge of veterinary terms and concepts are a definite plus. Prior experience at a front desk of a medical practice preferred, and a veterinary practice even better. Candidate must have great telephone etiquette and be highly proficient in verbal communication and writing skills; work well in a team environment; have an associates degree or equivalent work experience; and love animals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
