The Client Services Representative Responsibilities:
- Create exceptional customer experiences by actively listening and addressing the customer's needs, wants, and concerns
- Provide detailed information regarding service solutions and the impact to the customer's home and utility usage
- Work collaboratively with upper-level management and our client to evaluate and improve the customer service and acquisition tactics
- Work closely with the sales, compliance, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to product delivery
- Attend and participate in meetings to strategize how to improve customer experience and enhance the life-time of our clients
The Client Services Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background in client service, customer support, or client relations is preferred
- Ability to exceed performance standards
- Goal-oriented hard worker thats strives to exceed expectations
- Unmatched communications skills whether you're talking on the phone, working one-on-one with a customer, or collaborating with team members
- Master at problem solving and working autonomously
- Bilingual is a plus, but is not required for this position!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
