Client Services Manager

Jet Dental is growing quickly across the country, and we are looking for another Client Services Manager to help our impressive list of companies. At Jet Dental you can work from home, and will gain great experience serving customers like PetSmart, 1800 Contacts, Qualtrics, the Utah Jazz, and more.

The Company - Jet Dental is a free onsite dental service for companies. We bring a pop-up dental clinic to our client's office and serve their employees while they are at work. We are expanding nationwide and serve over 600 companies across the country, including brand names like Reddit, University of Phoenix, Dish Network, and more.

The Position - As a client service manager you will be responsible for coordinating with the HR team at the companies we serve. You will create a marketing email that enables employees to book their own appointments online. Each week you will follow up with the clients in the states you manage to ensure they are booking appointments, and have everything they need for a successful event. After the event, you will share a "report card" with the company to report on their success with Jet Dental!

Job Requirements - We are looking for someone with great customer service and communication skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. If you are a person who is naturally optimistic, organized, and like to serve others - this could be a great fit for you!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
