Description
Position Summary:
Heartland's Apprenticeship program is a practical work experience designed to provide each student with a "real life" account of technology services, office work environment and customer management experience. The Client Services Assistant - Youth Apprentice provides administrative support to the assigned sales region. They may shadow Inside Sales Reps in coordination, implementation and finding solutions to real customer projects. The Youth Apprentice will be tasked with assisting with the functions below.
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
- Help the sales team to improve their productivity by organizing high-quality, up-to-date support material such are reports, presentations, etc.
- Review customer paperwork/information as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to assigned region.
- Track order status to ensure customers receive products in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team(s) to produce various reports.
- Collaborate with ISRs to build a team atmosphere. Develop positive relationships with colleagues in the assigned team(s).
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:
- Must be proficient using a computer and working with Microsoft Office software.
- Working towards a High School Diploma.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
