What You'll Do
  • Prepares monthly invoicing spreadsheet for accounts receivable, obtains pricing, and subscriber totals associated with each client, and fields client invoicing inquiries.
  • Understands billing procedures, billing cycle, specific requirements for each client, and credit card procedures and policies.
  • Calculates quarterly revenue share and works with accounts payable to process payments.
  • Posts credit card expenditures to the marketing and sales budget.
  • Creates and updates prospective and current client accounts and contact information in Salesforce.
  • Reviews Tech Helpline marketing agreements to ensure client is meeting the terms.
  • Updates Form Simplicity usage data spreadsheet.
  • Acts as a customer liaison by responding to client questions and complaints as well as collaborates with responsible team members to accurately respond to client requests.
  • Assists with coordination of client retention efforts through various forms of outreach including cards, emails, and holiday gifts.
  • Collaborates with team on client outreach efforts, informing agents and brokers of the benefits, via email and phone calls.
  • Participates in continued education to learn about new products and competitors.
  • Occasionally represents Form Simplicity, Tech Helpline, and other applicable products at trade shows and expos.
  • Creates and updates sales opportunities as needed.
  • Creates and sends monthly usage reports for Tech Helpline clients.
  • Research points of content for forms license agreements for Form Simplicity.
  • Notifies clients via email and/or phone of our maintenance updates and service issues, which may occur after hours.
  • Remains flexible to work additional projects as requested or as needed.
  • Have proven ability to work well under challenging conditions

Requirements
What You'll Need
Qualified applicants will possess:
  • Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer service-related experience.
  • Capable of handing customer invoicing and procedures.
  • Solid Microsoft Office foundation, with a focus on Excel and spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
  • Have consistent organizational skills requiring little supervision.
  • Have experience with research and administrative tasks.
  • Have ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as necessary.
  • Be capable of travel as needed.
