About Bowermaster Insurance Brokers: A proud member of Patriot, Bowermaster Insurance Brokers is a growing, 70-year-old Insurance Agency with 60+ employees. Our office is professional, fast-paced, and full of energy. We are seeking a talented and motivated candidate interested in a career as an insurance professional advising and servicing our clients in the protection of their businesses, employees, and families.

Overview: This position is ideal for a candidate looking for the opportunity to showcase their talents to an employer willing to provide both training and growth opportunity. The Client Service Representative ll (CSR2) position is the entry level position on the path to becoming a licensed Account Manager responsible for creating solutions and then maintaining and updating those protections for a specified group of clients commonly referred to as one’s book of business. A CSR2 is responsible for delivering daily support to Management, Account Managers and Salespeople in the creating and maintaining the ongoing documentation of client files. The CSR2 position introduces training in insurance principles, business concepts and industry specific concepts and software in a hands-on environment where learning is done through doing.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information into cloud-based software ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client and policy data
• Verify applications for accuracy
• Contact insurance carriers via email and telephone for status applications, changes and insurance claims
• Contact clients via email and telephone for information Management, Account Managers and Salespeople
• Create proposals based upon sales force needs
• Perform both repeated and ad hoc analyzation of data using Excel
• Absorb the training on insurance principles and apply it to the tasks given and begin the process of working more autonomously versus task driven
• Work towards securing a Property & Casualty license

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Though valued, no prior insurance experience is required, we value those qualities we cannot train: talent and motivation
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Due to the training required, the work schedule requires work performed daily in the office which can evolve into a hybrid position

Salary Range: $21.00-27.00 per hour dependent upon experience
