Client Service Representative

Millis Animal Hospital is looking to hire a Client Service Representative to join our reception team. Customer service experience required and medical records experience is appreciated.

Benefits:

• 36 hour work week (four 8-hour weekdays, 4-hour Saturdays)
• No Sunday hours, No evening hours
• Clinic closes for lunch from 12-1

Job Responsibilities:

• Creation of appointments, management of the schedule
• Client communication in person, via phone, and via email
• Medical record notation (ezyVet records system)
• Client check out (payments via cash and card)
• Conveying medical information with accuracy
• Cooperation with the rest of the reception team, veterinarians, and veterinary technicians
• A willingness to work near dogs and cats
