Location: 112 Butler Street, Clintonville, PA 16372

Compensation: $20/hour + Performance-based incentives

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our apartment complex remains in top condition. You will tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, both big and small, and provide exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of all common areas, systems, and equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents
• Perform repairs, including but not limited to light plumbing and electrical
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
• Ensue compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Assist with the preparation of vacant units for new tenants
• Must be able to work "on call" during emergency situations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High schoool diploma or equivalent; certification from a vocational school or trade apprenticeship is a plus
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
