Join our incredible team as a Client Service Coordinator. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to support our team with a range of tasks, including managing consulting, training and vendor relationships, assisting with content coordination and providing assistance during meetings.


In this hybrid role, you will have a combination of on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently while still collaborating with various teams. Client Experience  (Remote)

  • Schedules appropriate follow-up communication with current clients (retainers, consulting clients, & vendor clients) to continue on-going relationship building.
  • Assist with the creation of Excel files, PowerPoint presentations, word documents, and meeting materials.
  • Assist in maintaining consultant availability, streamlining communication channels within the organization.
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with all conference speakers from the point of confirmation to ensure all assets, presentations, and speakers have a seamless experience and are assisted in delivering high-quality content.
  • Coordinate and run webinars, including but not limited to calendar coordination, background webinar logistics, participation and follow up.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure cohesive operations and smooth workflow.
  • Assist in client outreach initiatives, including holidays, natural disasters communication, gift baskets, and client gifts, ensuring a personal touch.
  • Uses software tools (ASANA) to manage a variety of tasks, and create surveys (Alchamer and Conference IO)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets and presentations using these software applications.  
  • Will provide general support of administrative tasks for BCI services.


Content Coordination (Remote)

  • Assist in compiling, organizing, and maintaining digital information and Intellectual Property.
  • Assist with the development of online course content for various subjects, ensuring that it aligns with learning objectives and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective course materials, including multimedia content, interactive activities, and assessments.
  • Use learning management systems (LMS) and other online tools to upload and manage course content, monitor learner progress, and generate reports.
  • Ensure that course content is accessible to all learners, including those with disabilities, by following accessibility guidelines and best practices.
  • Continuously update course content to reflect changes in professional standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Operations Strategist & marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract and retain learners.
  • Work with external vendors and contractors, as needed.


Plaza Meeting Space (Onsite)

  • Assist with onsite meeting support as needed, including setting up rooms, restocking snacks, and providing general assistance.
  • Efficiently manage multiple meeting calendars; and ensure agendas are created for meetings.
  • Set up and clean-up of meeting rooms for meetings.



Experience & Educational Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, office administration, or related field or associate degrees with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Client Service or administrative assistant experience. Experience working with professional service organizations or public accounting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Asana preferred
  • You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule, majority of office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional longer hours based on meeting needs.
  • Hybrid working environment; This position is a work-from-home position with requirements to support our onsite location in Kansas City.
