Client Care Specialist: Outgoing and people-oriented, they demonstrate the HairClub Values in all people interactions internally and externally and acts as a brand ambassador to educate people about the company, memberships, programs, and products. The Client Care Specialist will work collaboratively with key functional areas and senior leadership to drive HairClub’s Core Four: Employee Experience, Client Experience, Sales Experience and Facilities, Inventory and Technology (FIT).
MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Represent the HairClub brand: greet and engage Clients with a hospitality spirit, exhibit knowledge about the company, memberships, and products, and provide accurate information in all interactions. Ensures a clean and orderly front desk and waiting rooms are kept.
- Manage front desk operations: call Clients and non-Clients prior to and after scheduled appointments, schedule all existing and new Client appointments, enter accurate information in the client relationship management platform and/or point of sale system, follow company policies and procedures, and, if applicable, notify appropriate team member and document Client follow-up needs in the pertinent database. Ensures the cash drawer and daily transactions are properly accounted for and executes accurate and thorough daily closing procedures.
- Achieve financial KPI’s and targets: collect accounts receivable, execute membership renewals, obtain add-ons sales, obtain retail sales, perform other various fee management activities. Assists in maintaining appropriate retail, laser and hair inventories
- Preserve lifetime Clients: educate Clients on products, memberships, and referral programs, manage memberships, ensure all Clients receive services and products they are entitled, and process renewals accurately and timely
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least one (1) year previous guest service experience
- Point of sale system and other business software experience
- Efficient with all Microsoft programs

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Office/Salon environment
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading
- Sitting stationary for long periods of time
- Keyboarding: entering text and/or data into a computer
- Requires working with computer systems
- May require light lifting <50 lbs
