Client Service Associate Role Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing the warm professionalism our clients expect.
- Meeting Right Hand: Prepare for, participate in, and follow up from client meetings, contributing to an exemplary client experience.
- Data Mastery: Precisely maintain and update client records, ensuring every data point is accurate.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor office necessities, ensuring our operations run seamlessly day in, day out.
- Onboarding Facilitator: Work closely with our team during the client onboarding process, making it smooth and efficient.
- Client Relations: Address client queries, process requests, and always keep their records current.
- Efficient Problem-Solving: Resolve client concerns promptly, upholding our reputation for caring competence.
- Continued Learning: Stay abreast of our evolving portfolio to provide accurate and timely information to clients.

How We Work:
We work in person on Thursdays and some Mondays in our Bethesda office. The rest of our work is remote, and our team chooses schedules ranging from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM to 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and benefits.
