Client Service
The position is responsible for establishing new client accounts, facilitating account transfers and servicing existing accounts. These tasks include but are not limited to client account and information updates, client account electronic access, client information requests (including tax information and cost basis), cash distributions and portfolio withdrawals, interfacing with attorneys and accountants, and client account registration changes. The position reports to the CFO and takes direction from the Advisors. The position requires successful teamwork with others and positive interaction with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks
- Work with and support financial advisors in the service of clients and the book of business.
- Responsible for advisor-directed service-related tasks, resulting from client meetings once onboarding process is complete.
- Service a substantial RIA book of business.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for new account and service tasks.
- Monitor and coordinate the successful completion of client’s annual required minimum distributions
- Monitor client’s cash flow requirements and income sources
- Coordinate and complete inbound Client Service requests
- Proactively maintain relationships with client base

Qualifications/Required Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years experience in financial services (Client Service or related) is required
- Experience in a Financial Advisor, RIA or Broker-Dealer office is preferred
- BS Degree is desirable
- Technological proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn new programs and applications (Redtail, Raymond James, Schwab, Blue Leaf, etc.)
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent team player, high energy, and rapid learner
- Personable, approachable with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, ability to set priorities
- Can work independently with good problem solving and time management skills

Hours
Full Time: Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
