We are looking to add a full-time Client Service Associate to our boutique firm, and are looking for someone to complement our client-first philosophy and out-of-the-box thinking!
The Client Service Associate is responsible for the seamless processing of the client’s plan. This includes completing insurance and investment paperwork, underwriting, and coordination of deliverables for our Client Relationship Manager and advisory team. This role offers growth into other departments within the firm which come with pay increases and future vesting options.
The role will be responsible for:
- CRM data input and maintaining compliant Client Files
- Supporting in case prep including preparing materials for client review meetings
- Reports include: CCV’s, Case Notes, IFL’s
- Handling incoming service requests from clients to include processing address changes, bank change information, loan requests and billing account inquiries.
Supporting the Insurance underwriting process including:
- Accurate completion of all applications (including confirming illustrations)
- Scheduling of medical exams
- Tracking and communication to get e-signatures back within 3 days
- Monitor and expedite applications in underwriting
- Track delivery requirements
- Expert in applications, billing accounts and dating
Supporting the Investment account workflow including:
- Accurate completion of all paperwork (including confirming proposals)
- Tracking and communication to get e-signatures back within 3 days
- Opening and tracking new accounts
- Clear communication with team and clients throughout the process
- Same Date alerts to Director of Investments when accounts are ready to trade
Qualifications:
- Life, Accident and Health License preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Investment licenses 7 & 63 or equivalent preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
- Post-secondary degree preferred
