The vision of the Client Relations team is to support and guide clients through the journey toward certification, and foster enduring partnerships built on respect, collaboration and client advocacy. Client Relations is the face of LegitScript Certification, and the voice of our applicants and clients.


The Client Relations Specialist is the first point of contact for certification clients, prospects, partners, and related public inquiries. Their role is to welcome new clients to LegitScript with professionalism and knowledge, build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, and assist applicants throughout the onboarding process.


What You"ll Do:


  • Responds to inquiries from the general public and from current and potential clients with regards to scope, application status, cost of services, etc.

  • Explains the certification process end to end to set client expectations.

  • Provides timely responses in writing or via telephone.

  • Demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and accuracy in all interactions.

  • In partnership with Client Relations teammates, maintains, updates, and utilizes Common Response documents and other Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • May perform administrative and/or research tasks when requested.

  • Utilizes internal tools including SalesForce to track and update client communication.

  • Contacts clients to let them know that their renewal is coming up and that they need to update their information.

  • Consults with internal Legal and Policy experts for irregular issues or escalations.

  • Supports with billing inquiries or issues.




What You"ll Bring:


  • Possesses excellent communication skills across all media (e.g., verbal, written).

  • Exhibits proficiency at handling interactions with tact and diplomacy.

  • Has experience interacting with clients in a customer support role.

  • Adept at basic internet research and data entry.

  • Highly organized and efficient.

  • Possesses knowledge about online healthcare merchants (e.g., online pharmacies, telemedicine providers, supplement sellers).

  • Possesses knowledge about drug and alcohol addiction treatment.

  • Has prior experience using Salesforce.

  • Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size.

  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions.

  • Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.

  • Well developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.

  • 4 year college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 25 USD per hour(Remote)
