Duties:

• Cultivate and Maintain Positive Relationships with Clients
• Understand Clients' Needs and Preferences to Provide Tailored Solutions
• Collaborate with Internal Teams to Ensure Client satisfaction
• Identify Opportunities for Upselling Additional Products and Services.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Developments to Better Serve Clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or Client Relations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts and terminology.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
