$60,000 - $70,000 with additional incentives and bonuses!
NOTE: This position is NOT a remote opportunity and requires reporting to the office located in Alpharetta, GA.
Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 + bonus
Responsibilities:- You’ll be one of the first touch points in the prospect journey, so how you represent the company and interact with prospects is pivotal to your success, as well as the company’s success.
- You’ll be in charge of conversing with initial prospects, accurately qualifying them and educating them. You will be their point of contact when they come on board with the firm, and you’ll provide exceptional support throughout their client journey, developing real relationships with clients and helping them through their unique situations.
- You will work closely with the Sales Manager and the sales team to help support all sales initiatives, follow-up, and administrative processes.
- You’ll get to exercise your pristine written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills on a regular basis (active listening, communicating, reflective listening, speaking clearly & concisely) with prospects, clients, and your internal team.
- You’ll have the opportunity to set goals and identify actions that should be taken to achieve those goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Initiate and receive calls from prospective clients that come through existing marketing channels.
- Accurately qualify prospective clients by asking the right questions and educating them to determine if they are a “right fit” client for the firm. If yes, provide a quote and convert them into a client.
- Start the client journey with new clients to ensure a seamless transition to the legal team.
- Follow up daily with prospective clients you’ve communicated with in the past that may not be ready to move forward yet.
- Receive online forms from prospective clients, enter them in the CRM, and perform initial reach out.
- Test different sales scripts, sales approaches, qualification criteria, and coordination strategies to always improving the client experience.
- Send videos, texts, reminders, and important communication via email to prospects and clients.
- Track all inbound and outbound activities (calls, emails, communications) in the company CRM system.
- Keep accurate details, critical documentation, and notes in contact records on a daily basis.
- Maintain and manage an organized pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and clients.
- Meet and/or exceed quotas as an individual sales professional and as a team led by the sales manager.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts.
Two or more years of the below career experience is REQUIRED:
- Experience in successful inside sales.
- Exceptional customer relationship management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
