The role of Entry Level Client Relations Associate is to improve the customer experience and strengthen the relationship between our clients and their potential donors. The Entry Level Relations Client Associate will engage in day-to-day communications with potential customers; answer any questions, manage conflicts and collect feedback. The Entry Level Client Relations Associate will also be required to identify opportunities to increase revenue generation and customer loyalty.
Entry Level Client Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Answer any customer questions and assist them with their purchasing decisions with the goal of increasing revenue streams
- Follow all event rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Travel locally to execute various outreach events
- Stay on top of the latest industry trends and attend training seminars
- Track and report all sales revenue

Entry Level Client Relations Associate Requirements:
- Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis
- Must be local and able to start within 2-3 weeks
Must be comfortable working with people
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
