Job Title: CLIENT ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
Department: DCM Reporting - Palmer location
Reports to: DCM Reporting
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary: This position Interacts with contractors and operators daily and provides excellent and prompt customer service by ensuring that contractors/subcontractors are meeting the regulatory guidelines requested by owner/operator. Will assist with billing in conjunction with the Department Manager and escalated issues as needed.
Qualifications required:
  • High school diploma and two (2) years of billing and or auditing experience
  • Intermediate skill level Microsoft excel, and Microsoft outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Auditing company compliance documents
  • Typing 50wpm with 99% accuracy or Data Entry 8,000 KPH with 99% accuracy.
Qualifications desired:
  • Experience in DOT compliance
  • Experience in a busy office environment
  • Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol regulations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answers incoming phone calls, emails and voice messages assisting clients
  • Helping customers complete their account setup and implementation.
  • Ensuring a smooth adoption of the product.
  • Solving arising customer problems in a timely manner.
  • Enhancing user engagement with educational materials and contextual onboarding flows.
  • Leveraging feedback for continuous improvement of the onboarding process.
  • Working with the customer success team to build strong relationships with existing users.
  • Developing metrics to understand if the implementation is successful or not.
  • Reviewing client application to determine which applicants meet the criteria for new clients.
  • Turnaround times could range from 3 days to 14 days for onboarding.
  • Assist Lead Compliance Coordinator with onboarding billing.
  • Prepare and review excel spreadsheets for company status.
  • Reviews and Audits (Department of Transportation) DOT and NON-DOT contractor/ and or subcontractor’s drug and alcohol data with review of DOT and NON-DOT plans for accuracy.
  • Send detailed mass email reminders to contractors/subcontractors.
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as needed yearly updates/ prepare for client audits and on-site audits for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Provide reliable home internet and consistent professional work environment conducive to production, learning, and interaction with clients and colleagues.
