ComForCare is a home care agency located in Portage, IN. We have clients all around the area and are building our client services team.
We are looking for a Client Liaison professional to help develop our community efforts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Client contractual sign up
- Retention of clients
- Managing the growth of hours from current clients
- Building business within the community
- Education of programs ComForCare offers to facilities
- Positive customer service of the quality of services provided and having a positive impact on morale of office staff.
Experience:
- Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Senior Home Care: 2 years (Preferred)
- People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
- Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
