We are a passionate team of professionals who believe in providing compassionate, high-quality care, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as a Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator.
**PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A CAREGIVER, APPLICANTS MUST HAVE TRANSFER AND LIFT EXPERIENCE ***
- Develop and maintain relationships with qualified caregivers.
- Conduct initial and ongoing caregiver screenings and interviews
- Create and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for client needs
- Monitor caregiver performance and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records
- ON CALL MONDAY THRU SUNDAY EVERY OTHER WEEK (MUST ALSO HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO COVER LAST MINUTE EMERGENCY SHIFTS WHEN ON CALL)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling and/or staffing, preferably in healthcare or a related field / minimum of 2-3 years caregiver experience (must to be able to confidently use a Hoyer and or other lifts, transfer exp)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation
