We are currently seeking a Bilingual Client Care Coordinator fluent in Spanish to join our team, committed to providing unparalleled customer service to our clients. In this role, you will oversee appointment scheduling, promptly handle referral inquiries, and provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, along with the ability to excel in an independent work environment.

This position offers an hourly salary alongside a Pay for Performance structure, allowing you to earn bonuses based on key performance indicators related to this role.
The Client Care Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Clinical Director to ensure alignment with the department's key objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement and Care Coordination:
-Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and ensure that follow-up tasks are completed.
-Assess clients' needs and preferences to make appropriate selections/matches with clinicians based on areas of specialization and expertise.
-Follow up with clients after appointments to ensure satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to services.
Dashboard Management and Metrics Updating:
-Manage the Client Care dashboard to track and monitor key performance indicators.
-Update metrics using Google Sheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.
Referral Management:
-Promptly handle all incoming referrals for new clients and ensure scheduling within 24hours.
-Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources to provide updates on appointment status.
Community Engagement and Referral Source Liaison:
-Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners to foster professional connections and gather feedback.
-Collaborate with referral sources to notify them of clinician availability and make proactive outreach to inform them of openings for new clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Spanish speaker.
-2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
-Full-time availability for 40 hours per week.
-Warm, professional phone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented and organized, adept at following up with unreachable clients.
-Goal-driven with resilience to persevere towards targets.
-Skilled in community outreach and relationship-building.
-Previous healthcare experience preferred.
-Proficiency in Google Drive.
-Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
-Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
