POSTE

Louis Vuitton is seeking an organized, motivated Client Care Associate for our Union Square location. As a Client Care Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special and strong focus on Service; you will ensure that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. Leading by example, you will discover your Clients and their every need, guide them in every aspect of Client Care and cultivate trusting relationships with them; making sure they feel cherished, understood and a special part of the Louis Vuitton family at every step of their experience. As the voice of Client Services in the store, you will champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton, and coach all teams to make the difference with every Client.


PROFIL

The ideal candidate will effectively communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow up process to set clear expectations. You will ensure our Clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to an overall rewarding client experience. You will also work as a business partner with the Operations team to define smooth Back Of House processes and routine in order to support the Client Experience.


The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $24-$30 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
