Client and Digital Data are central to how we support our clients, track and report performance of strategies, goals and specific business tactics. This includes understanding client relationship data, related segmentation, rewards eligibility, and AML compliance. It also includes understanding the customer Digital Data that supports measuring client digital interactions and ensuring it is available and accurate for analysis, reporting to the street and Privacy compliance.
This position will work with stakeholders to ensure data is of good quality, meets users needs, complies with management standards and is efficiently delivered. This includes the ownership and management oversight of work required to resolve data issues like DARTs, storefront reported issues, and audit issues. In addition the candidate will work with change owners that have projects with impact to client or Digital Data. In this capacity coordination and management of specific change impacts need to be understood, requirements developed and to be socialized with impacted stakeholders. Partnering with the data users/stakeholders to gain SME knowledge on data uses, architecture and system interactions will be a critical part of the job. This candidate will need leverage insight from users and other stakeholders to frame platform strategy and prioritize improvements.
Successful candidates will develop and maintain partnerships with the line of business and technology by gathering, managing and reporting on current Client and Digital Data issues. Managing these issues will include defining impacted areas, engaging the correct technology areas to seek resolution. Issue management will also include socialization of the issues for potential impacts to other data users, creating status reporting and timely communications to the impacted user community
Required Skills:
- Strong issue management skills, including the ability to prioritize and escalate across lines of business
- Demonstrated ability to lead effectively with a large group of stakeholders, at all levels including senior executives, and drive results
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be able to structure and solve complex problems and put solutions on paper
- Ability to influence and partner with technical and non-technical business teams
- Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own project/process documentation, identify and resolve bottle necks
- Plan oriented with a strong ability to quickly understand existing processes, document gaps, and consider those gaps while influencing change for target state deliverables
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experienced change manager familiar with Bank change management requirements and integration with UCRA, Agile, PPRT, Audit issues and DARTs
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) specifically the ability to create and manipulate pivots from raw data and create high quality presentations
