What We Are Looking For:

The Product Specialist has the prime responsibility of delivering excellent customer service by promoting and educating the customers on the functionality and specifications of the product.

· Exemplary Customer Service

· Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")

· Communication skills – communicate effectively with others.

· High Energy.

Responsibilities:

· Meeting & Greet clients as they approach the lot.

· Collect their information & determine their needs.

· Show clients vehicles that they are looking for and demonstrate their active features.

· Provide test drives for interested clients to generate product excitement.

· Transition clients to our business development managers to complete their purchase.

The expected pay for this position $25.00 Hourly plus bonuses.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
