Client Account Representative.

We are looking for Client Account Representatives for a benefits administrator company! As a Client Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for a subset of clients, managing and resolving inquiries.

Highlights:

• Temporary with the opportunity for permanent hire

• Pay Rate: $23-24/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Flexible with the option to work from home, onsite, or hybrid after fully trained
• Office located in Middleton, WI

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact/organization resource for assigned clients and brokers
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries from annual service clients
• Learn and be proficient in all product offerings
• Establish rapport and trust with clients, delivering high-quality customer service
• Communicate clearly and accurately with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Obtain information from multiple systems and seamlessly relay it to clients and brokers
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients and brokers
• Facilitate resolution of service issues of specific clients in a professional manner
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within company service standards
• Proactively manage the CRM database, documenting each customer interaction and action item in a timely, compliant manner and adhering to department standards

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in business or related field, directly related experience may be considered in place of a degree
• 2 years of experience in a customer-centric role
• Computer proficiency (Windows) including the ability to learn new systems
• Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail 
• CRM experience is desired
