TITLE: Clerk TypistSALARY: $31,285.88 - $43,313.48

LOCATION: Bayside State Prison, Classification Unit – Leesburg, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under supervision, types and also performs routine, repetitive, clerical work of a varied nature; does other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

License: Appointee will be required to possess a driver’s license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

NOTE: Candidates are required to pass a typing proficiency test with a minimum net score of 25 words per minute.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: Residency eligibility in order of precedence: 1. Maurice River Township,

2. Cumberland County/Cape May County, 3. Salem County.
