Hours vary between 7:00am-5:00pm - Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Update buyer Google docs
- Confirm PO's
- Create Inbound Paperwork
- Organize freight (45 Minutes Per Day)
- Maintain Dock Schedule Calendar
- Field calls and emails from sales and customer service
- Maintain data
- Daily price changes
- Source Special Order Requests
- Create New Item Codes
- Manage Dead Inventory
- Sled Report

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability to read, write, and speak the Standard English language
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Ability to multitask with strict attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently, quickly, efficiently, within time constraints
- Experience with SAP
- Eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Data Entry
- Must have experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen & background check)
- Will be required to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
