Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team as a Clerk and Personal Assistant
- Coordinate and assist with various projects and tasks
- Utilize calendars and organize documents
- Provide excellent support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Utilize basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with file management and organization
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can effectively multitask and prioritize tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,168.00 - $50,219.00 per year
