Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Three years of advanced clerical experience are required. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis.
Recruitment Notes
This position entails the preparation of contracts for Community Based Organizations, to include the creation of reports, the monitoring of required documentation and the processing of reimbursements. This position will also be responsible for the administration of various trust funds and the diversion program’s financial data, as well as the monitoring of grant balances and the recording of transactions posted against grants.
