Role and Responsibilities: Under supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work involving various human resource related tasks.
- Greet and assist incoming employees and constituents.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Performs file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc.

- Support employee engagement, organize HR team events and activities.
- Encourages and supports inclusion and positive employee experiences.
- Produces and submits reports on general HR activity.
- May assist with new hire orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,385.21 per year
