Clerical/Receptionist

Modular Builders is looking for a Receptionist/Clerical person.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering the phone,
• Greeting and assisting walk-ins,
• Initiating safety documents
• Scheduling trash trucks to pick up full dumpsters
• Signing Truck Driver's paperwork
• Check in and verify deliveries from suppliers
• Pick up supplies as needed (locally)
• Other duties as deemed necessary

Qualifications include but are limited to:

• Organized
• Pays close attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Bubbly, friendly personality a must
• Good with follow-ups
