Forward Service Corporation (FSC), a passionate, not-for-profit firm that strives to provide exceptional customer service in employment and training related services to local, state and federally funded program participants. Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time Clerical Support Specialist to help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is located in Fond du Lac, WI.
The Clerical Support Specialist will offer Clerical Support and assistance to program case managers, Team Leaders and the Program Coordinator. Additional job duties may encompass general reception duties, workshop support and resource area coverage.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
- Telephone and reception duties.
- Greet and direct job center customers to appropriate personnel, services and programs.
- Receive and correctly forward correspondence and documents from program participants.
- Assist in special projects for the program.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Job Center customers.
- Assist with job seeking workshops, programs, job fairs and tours as needed.
- Conduct employer follow up calls.
- Assist Job Development Team with marketing.
- Assist in the creation of forms and documents for FSET and W-2 program.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma and one (1) plus years of work-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $17.76/hour with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
- Example: Meet only minimum requirements start at $17.76/hour; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $18.29/hour; 5 additional years of direct experience $18.84/hour, etc.
