Clerical Support

Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect and verify patient insurance information
- Enter patient data into computerized systems accurately
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
- Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling and data entry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus
