Office Assistant Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
Monitor office supplies, appliances and electronics as required
Organize their employment paperwork
Organize maintenance appliances are in good working order
Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures

Day Shift, 7am to 3:30pm
Monday - Friday
Office Assistant Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Office Assistant experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Associates degree preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in an administrative, customer service, or other related role
Basic bookkeeping skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliability and discretion
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
