*** This job will require daily travel throughout the Central PA region to oversee customer accounts**

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Account Manager.
• Flexibility to rotate between different accounts.
• Ability to be a working supervisor and lead by example.
• Create and/or implement detailed training programs for employees to follow.
• Oversee special projects at assigned facilities.
• Monitor supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all staff & customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Effectively communicate within all areas of the company.
• Promote an environment of teamwork.
• Be a Culture Carrier of the Core Four (Own, Empower, Serve, Grow).

*Must have the ability to handle stressful situations as they arise. The awareness to develop and refine their conflict resolution skills in order to handle difficult people and situations.*

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• 1-2 years of Supervisory/Management Experience
• Job requires travel within Central PA Region
• Exceptional customer service and engagement with employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
