Cleaning Supervisor / Client Relations: Commercial Cleaning

Stratus Building Solutions is looking for a Commercial Cleaning Specialist / Client Relations
Manager for a fast growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company. Our unique
program solves many of the major problems that face facility and property managers today. Our
ideal candidate is someone who understands the potential of an opportunity with dynamic growth
who can mentor, coach, motivate and execute our program.
Skills Needed:
-Be able to multitask with ease
-Have a background in Commercial cleaning is a plus
-Computer skills including ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Reliable hardworking
-Great Customer Service
-Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds
-Experience in janitorial cleaning / training / and development of small business owner is a plus
-Willing to work evenings on an as needed basis for on-site training
-Bilingual: English Spanish is a plus
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
-Build relationships with Stratus franchisees
-Work on-site as needed with Franchisees to ensure quality of service
-Build Relationships with our customers and drive customer retention
-Conduct on-site and remote customer inspections
-Train and Develop our new and current franchisees
-Handle the start-up of service to new customers
