Cleaning Staff Member

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner at New Hope Baptist Church in Holly Pond, AL. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our members. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and take pride in their work.

This part-time job is flexible and requires approximately 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning duties according to established standards
- Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks

Skills:
- Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques,
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance
