Cleaning Company Manager/Trainer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Trainer to join our team during a time of growth. As a Manager/Trainer you will be responsible for implementing a training program for our cleaning staff, focusing on deep cleaning and customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership and supervisory skills in the cleaning industry.

Our business focuses primarily on commercial cleaning in the apartment industry. We do move out/move in cleans in vacant apartments, to prepare the space for a new resident to call "home". Our client base spans the Hampton Roads area, so candidates must be willing to travel around the area where they are needed. This is a part-time position initially, that will grow to full-time within a few months. We are looking for someone to join our team that is willing to be trained on all aspects of our cleaning jobs, and then train new team members to do the same. In addition, regular inspecting of completed jobs and willing to touch up any missed areas if needed while reporting back for improvement. Income can be supplemented by working independently completing cleaning jobs as well. The Management duties are currently on a part-time basis but there are plenty of opportunities to take on additional tasks to earn more income.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs for cleaning staff
- Conduct training sessions in-person on site
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Regular inspections of completed cleaning jobs, touch up and make corrections as necessary
- Availability to help where and when needed within regular working hours

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cleaning operations
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and flexibility to react to sudden changes and adjustments
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- High energy with great communication skills
