Janitor / Cleaner

Duties:

- Perform commercial janitorial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways and lobbies.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in commercial janitorial or custodial work is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation is required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to talk or text well In a timely manner.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift at least 25 lbs.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within designated timeframes.

- You must have a reliable vehicle that you personally own or finance. (If you do not own or finance your own vehicle, please do not apply)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $125.00 per week

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
